Somewhat late start this morning, but I still got to work early. Held our morning meeting and got ready to visit the client.
Funny thing happened when we tried to start the car: No matter how or who tried, we could not get the key to turn, yet it had worked twenty minutes ago? Just as we were about to give up, the driver realised that he had mixed up the car keys! We've been trying to start the company car with HIS car's keys!
Again, at the clients, I collected a whole lot of acorns for my mippies. The trees there are really shedding them now, and I got two pockets full, they're actually weighing me down a little! Mippies will love it, though - and I love making them happy!

We took the scenic road back and I took quite a lot of photos, mostly of Hartebeespoort Dam and the mountains around it - until my camera's battery went flat.
When we got back ... another employee had left! This is the second time, and again, it happened while I'm at our client! Last time my Production Supervisor ran away - this time someone from the office ... is gone. I don't know what happened, and I don't really want to know.
But I'm wondering if I'm jinxed! It's becoming a company joke now - I'm never allowed to visit the client again! Ha Ha, I wish! It's a long drive for a two hour meeting.
Back at home mippies love their new acorns! Not that they don't have any left, but new toys are new toys! Acorns rattled in empty tissue boxes and were chased and acorns were pawed and flitted across the bathroom and bedroom! I also put a lot into their toy drawer for another time - my pants are a lot lighter now!

I sat outside for a while, but it's boring in the dark - can't see what mippies are doing! I had to step in at one point, because there was some prey in the little tree just outside my garden and Mewthos was bending the whole young tree over, I was afraid he would break it!
I spent some time playing with my mippies inside, Ziva is so enthusiastic about playing now, it's a pleasure to watch! We had dinner together again, since I had meat tonight. I've packed lunch and taken something out for tomorrow and I think I'll have an early night tonight, spend some time cuddling mippies.
