Lock-down Day 588

Normal morning, with coffee! Mewthos would have liked me to get out of bed earlier ... and I found a puddle at the bathroom door. WHAT the ... ?

Anyway ...

At is very, very ill. He called this morning, he's in somewhat of a state. I just hope he manages to get to a doctor ... things like that, which so many of us take for granted. Like, either getting in a car to drive to a doctor or having someone who can pick you up and take you ... I just hope for good news from him!

I'm trying something different today. I also bought several cleansing wipes yesterday. Now today, every time my body decides to flush all water through every pore - I take one and wipe all exposed areas! It seems to be helping! Hopefully my body will start to learn that it's time to quit this 'hot flash', 'many paws' crap it's been dishing out randomly for years now! If not, this is going to become quite expensive, as those wipes don't come cheap!

Just past two and I've already used quite a few - I think I'll have to re-use, dip them in water for effect! Good thing I don't wear make-up, though, ha ha!

These days, Facebook is filled with a lot of '5-Minute Hacks' or 'quick DIY' and such. Since I don't have audio at work, I quite enjoy watching them, while I wait for the PC to calculate. I just came across one, where they wedge chicken legs into the baking grid, so that they hang above a roasting pan filled with veggies! That's a cool idea! And one I'm likely to forget, unless I write it down somewhere. Here seemed a good place!

Just going on four and the weather has turned! Wind, thunder, rain - lovely!

No rain at home, though. Pity, but there's still hope. It looks like it might rain overnight? I didn't water, just carried on weeding the tomato bed. I see there are a few tomato plants sprouting! I'm careful to weed around them, so I don't disturb them!

Along comes Mini. She likes to contribute to my garden, too! Not ideal, but I let her ... but when she tries to cover her contribution with my few, tiny tomato plants? Yeah, not impressed! As it was getting dark, Mewthos comes along and flattens one of the tomato plants ... then adds his own contribution! Sigh ...

The first Nasturtium is flowering! Something, at least! Well, I shouldn't complain - the Marigold are in full bloom, so are the poppy. Even the ... oh, crap, I can't remember what they're called now ... the big one's out back! They only flower once a year ... something with an A, I think.

My brain is mush, I'm mentally exhausted. I've heard from At, he's feeling a bit better - at least, that's what he said. My bank has changed their login - I can't access my account. I'll have to figure that out over the weekend, not tonight.
