Mewthos insisted on curling up under the duvet with me
through most of the night! Poor baby! He is such a mama’s boy!
I woke up earlier than yesterday, but still with a lot
of back pain. So, I’m taking it easy again – sigh! At least I feel better than
I did yesterday. More awake.
We also have water again this morning – taps are
hissing and spitting out air and water, and the water is brown … but something
is flowing through the pipes.
I packed a few more boxes, but mostly, I prepared a
document for Move-A-Pet. Scanning the vaccination & sterilization documents,
preparing an action plan … which, thanks to the PC acting up again, took a huge
amount of time!
Lady Jane brought in yet another grasshopper and
decided to play with it by my feet – it’s fun when they jump on your legs!
Sigh! And Romeo kept strolling in and out the whole day, meowling for
attention. I must re-fill the catnip shaker – although he actually wants the
hand more than the catnip! Whenever I shake some on the mat for him, he throws
himself at it, at my hand.
I’m hoping that tonight I finally get to bath again!
Going to bed cold is not nice! I don’t use an electric blanket or heaters, I
take a hot bath or shower before going to bed. I’ve found it works much better.
I’ve emptied, cleaned and re-filled the litter box
with fresh sand. We’ve got water, so I’m having a nice, hot bath!
