I didn't want to get out of bed this morning ... still a bit on the late side, after Friday's party. What shot me out of bed, though, was a mip toppling my PC! Not cool! I was so angry - shouting until no mip dared come into the bedroom!
Got up, gave mips their breakfast, made coffee ... had a smoke ... off to work.
And forgot my coffee at home! I also had to reverse out of the garage and turn around in my garden ... so, pretty much everything topsy turvy this morning!
Traffic was a awful. Though not exactly much worse than the usual awful.
At work, coffee! Fortunately, I keep emergency coffee at work - all I need is to add hot water. It's those ready-made mixes, which got me back to filter coffee in the first place - a year or two ago.
Back at home, on a whim, seeing my neighbour watering his garden, I decided to stop at his place and take a tour through his garden! Wow! It was plain ground when he moved in - nothing grew there! Now, it's a full garden! Grass, flowers, all his Bonsai, Succulents ... it's a beauty!
I went back home, started my chores, and the neighbour came to visit. We sat on the veranda, chatting, till eight! Ziva, of course, was trying to get attention - but, surprisingly: Mewthos came outside! He didn't go all the way up to my neighbour, but he did come up to me, sitting next to my neighbour! That's a change, eh?
Well, back inside, shower, dinner, an episode or two, while I brushed, brushed, brushed, and brushed all my mippies! They are shedding like nobody's business at the moment! Mini pawed at the brush, if I so much as put it down to scratch my nose! She absolutely adores being brushed! They all love it. Only Janey didn't join in - Janey and Ziva are still not on the best of terms with Mini, who will swat at them to go away. And when Mewthos comes, Ziva also often vacates her spot and stalks off ... Ah, well ... mippies!
