Again, not so early morning. Still, better get started on todays mission - I'm not feeling too energetic, I'm afraid. I forgot to turn off the bedroom light after the power went off, so I woke up when it came back on. I was already asleep ...
Power off at noon, again. So, I'm getting a head start and set the bread dough going ... I also want to steam potatoes. On the whole, I'm not a happy camper today. Probably worked too hard yesterday.
It's nine and I'm already ready to clean the kitchen. Plenty of little chores to be done today ... Sigh ...
Eleven o'clock and all the big chores are done. I've baked, fried and cleaned everything. Well, I still need to clean the lounge, though ...
Done. Mostly. Still need to clean the corner behind the doors, where Mew-mew piddles ... Ten to noon ... but first, I'm hungry. Fresh bread roll with butter, cheese and a hamburger patty.
Shame, mippies flower fountain conked out again during one of the load shedding sessions this week. They've really made an effort to 'make it go again'! I had, too, but it would take full taking apart of the pump. When the power came back on, just now, I saw they had even gone so far as to fit the lid and pat it down nicely ... so, I took it apart and it's working again!
I sowed lavender. Again. I'm really determined to have a lavender bush growing. I've been trying for years without any luck ...
I have Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme and Lemon Balm already.
Now I'm tired. Again. So, I'll give napping a try ...
Yeah, that didn't work out so well. It's really too hot.
Aaand load shedding to continue at Stage 3 until Thursday morning 05:00!

I'm so sick and tired of this ... especially Wednesday evening!
Ah well ... mippies are in. Mini played a nasty trick on me: played inside when I went to check where they all are, then snuck out when my back was turned. I had a few minutes, walking all around the house to go look for her!
Sigh, lights out at eight again tonight ... I'm so tired of being told what time it's 'lights out' every evening!
