Relatively good night, all things considered. As soon as the lights went out, mippies started appearing on the bed. Ziva came for an intense cuddle session - she really throws herself into those! She'll throw herself at my hand, wanting me to scratch everything ... Janey sits on my chest. Mini tries to lick my face, failing that, she'll lick any body part she can reach. And Mewthos? He just strolls around this set and mewls ...
Since power was due to be back by six, I chose not to boil the kettle last night. I had to wait until quarter past, before power came back this morning.
Back at home, I decided to clear thorns out of the back lawn. They're taking over completely, while my attention is on other sections. Some of those roots are really deep! Even with all the rain, I'm struggling to get them out! Leaving a couple of deep holes in the lawn. Mewthos helped! Seeing how much I struggled to get the root out, he peed in the hole just to let that weed know what HE thinks of it! Ha Ha Ha!
Back inside, I'm having trouble getting online. Sigh ... finally managed.
I also forgot to take out something for tonight's dinner. So I made some pasta. With celery, cheese and fresh parsley from the pot outside.
Load shedding from eight to ten again tonight. After that, down to Stage 3. Still ... power out again from two to four during the night. Sigh ...
