Bad night. I had to get up a couple of times throughout the night - it's the weather, affecting my colon. Those cramps have continued throughout yesterday, and liquidised everything ... so, not a good night.
I took some electrolytes this morning, which helped. But I can still feel my colon cramping ... there is nothing I can do about that, except take more tissue salts.
My entire post just went poof! For some reason, the page refused to update all day yesterday ... nor last night ... nor this morning. When I tried publishing, everything went poof!
So. Load shedding was re-instated last night until five Wednesday morning. We're only due at six, so: yay!
I ordered mippies' spot-on - they're out of the one I prefer, and now they're also out on Ziva's renal food! Pfft!
Back at home, I continued with the tough grass. Making progress.
I couldn't get online last night.
