I have a lot of chores to do today, well, cleaning the kitchen will be the biggest chore. I've used a lot of pots and dishes this week.
First, I've put the geyser on and packed all the laundry in the machine.
Now I'm having trouble writing this blog ... sigh ... Aaaand, my geyser is leaking! Pffft! I took a photo and sent it to my landlord. At least the geyser is outside, and not in the roof. That makes things a lot easier. Firstly, no water coming through the ceiling and secondly, he can work on it anytime - I don't have to stay home.
Okay, I don't know what's wrong with this blog now, but I don't have the patience to fiddle around. I'm now writing on a PC document. I'll copy & paste when I have more patience. I'm also having issues with the mouse ... I gently click, it double-clicks. I am just so tired of these issues ...
Just after ten, laundry is hanging, half the dishes are washed ... better get on with it.
Right, most of the dishes are finished and I've cleaned mippies fountain, as I had been promising since the weekend.
And now, finally, I can write live - blog seems to have sorted itself out.
Twenty past twelve, stew is on the go. I've taken some of the washing off the line - and I think I want to clean the flower bed out back today. I'd like something neat to look at from my armchair. I would also like flowers in that bed ...
Apparently, I have a host of poppies coming up in that bed! Nice! At least something pretty on the way. I'm thinking of starting some more flowers in pots, then plant them out back. I'd like some variety in colours - but, in summer, only very hardy plants can survive in the sun. I'd like carnations and forget-me-not and cornflower and ... and ... and, ha ha ha!
I actually finished the whole bed out back, and even cleared on the side. Then I cleared the Marigold - I just pulled them all out. Last, I chose to pamper my tomatoes again. I think it's time to pull most of them out ... I'll decide tomorrow.
My stew is once again really delicious!
I didn't take any photos today, so here's a photo of my thyme plant. Looking good, isn't it?
Now I'm just going to take a bath, then go to bed ... sort of. I'll watch another episode or two, cuddle mippies, etc.
