Lock-down Day 162

Feeling better again, but still quite a way from 100%. The headache persists, but has now moved to the top of my head, feeling like a static blanket on my skull - inside and outside. My scalp feels strange - like it's buzzing. Sound is still blanketed ...

At least I'm not quite as queasy today. It's not nice when you never know whether that feeling turns up the volume, resulting in ugliness ...

Lunch time, the cat food has arrived - no word about the meat, though. I've just checked on their site, and it's 'picked for delivery' with the delivery due today. Here's to hoping they come soon! Only an hour and a half left to go ...

Meat didn't arrive by the time I got home ... at home, internet is practically non-existent. It took over an hour just to open this page - I doubt I can save.

I managed to open my mail inbox - eventually! The latest from the meat people is still 'order is picking', which is good news, in a way. It means it'll be delivered - still fresh - on Monday. I hope.

Half past seven the internet finally shows full strength! Too late for me to do anything, though ...

I've tried taking a nap, and for the rest of the afternoon, I just took it easy. Did nothing, just rested, played Solitaire, watched more episodes of 'The Lost World', sat outside with mewling mippies and did a lot of thinking ...

The headache is practically gone, just a bit of a dull feeling left - oh, and the blanket of silence. Again: it makes Mewthos far less annoying!

I'm hoping that tomorrow morning I wake up feeling just fine. If not early morning, then a little later. I want to start by washing tobacco leaves, as I have nothing left to smoke. The last of the tobacco from 2 weeks ago is ... well, a bit miffy, by now. It smells of mold, even though I don't see any. And once I have some dried leaves, I can start my laundry.

We had to wait quite a while for Ziva - so long, in fact, that we started without her! She still got a treat, though.
