Lock-down Day 160

Another awful and painful night behind me. All sound is still blanketed ... I seriously considered skipping today and just staying in bed!

My head is not feeling great, on top of the woolly feeling, I also can't shake the headache. I was somewhat disgusted last night, after I had gone to bed, to find that my curtains had been sprayed! By Mewthos! Awful, right near my pillows! I've no idea what went on at home yesterday ... but something went on. I found puddles and my window almost closed, no clue why.

I'm feeling really miserable, not just physically. I've looked for properties on the market - and there's just not much. Nothing which really looks like 'home' to me ... yet.

As the day went on, I just felt worse and worse - until I was beginning to worry, it may not be safe to drive home anymore! At that point, I decided to leave early, to at least miss the worst of the peak traffic - and I'm glad to say, I made it home alright!

I turned on the PC and was surprised to find a mail from the meat supplier, asking why I hadn't completed my order ... sigh! I had struggled with that payment for ages, until I decided to try using my credit card ... which, apparently didn't go through, either! So, I just completed it now ... which means they will deliver on Friday, not tomorrow ... I just hope they deliver before lunch, again, like last time!

Well, I feel much better now. Mippies are in, and have had their treat. And I've showered and had my dinner. But then, I felt okay last night as well ... until I tried to go to sleep ... and nodded off, only to wake up to the pain! I really need to get some sleep tonight, I can't stay awake till the early hours for a third night in a row! If that happens, I can't go to work tomorrow ...

One thing about this - hopefully temporary - hearing impairment: Mewthos is much less annoying! Ha Ha Ha! I don't hear his entire mewl, just the 'tip of the iceberg' part. And the landlord and -lady also seem to be quiet. I don't hear a thing, now! Though I did hear them, at their usual volume, when I got home.

Okay, that's funny: I just checked my e-mails again and the same message about my order - it's not completed. Yet, I do have confirmation that the order is competed? Even on their site it says 'processing' ... let's hope all is well, eh? I better keep an eye on it during the day, tomorrow. It should go into 'pre-production'.

Well, not to worry ... now it's about quarter past seven, and I think I'd like to spend some time with my mippies again, then go to sleep ...
