Lazy start of the day, but then I got hyperactive. And still: I'm behind! But only for this weekend! And it's almost two o'clock!
Okay, I got up around seven - as soon as I sit up, mippies sit up staring at me with hopeful excitement! I get up and open the door for them - happy mippies!
For myself, I decided on a slow start, so I played my game first. Then I processed the tobacco - some of which was already crumbly dry! So, a lot of it jumped off the chopping board ... sigh. Then I swept the whole place again and washed the floors before more mess was added! Why did I sweep again? Sigh: Mippies! Who love to roll in dust and dry leaves, then come inside and shake them off! On my floors!
It was past one when I finished all that - but at least I now have plenty of chopped tobacco!
Almost three, everything is ready to go on top of the pizza - I fried some steak, some mushrooms, cut tomatoes and cheese. Dough is in process ... I'm dreading the dishes, ha ha ha!
Half past three and the pizza is in the oven. I'm afraid the dough didn't rise like it should - not a problem for the pizza, but I'm also baking a loaf of bread for At! Cookie dough is in the fridge, too, so all I still MUST get done today is the dishes.
Almost five now, I've washed the dishes - everything! The bread is cooling and a batch of cookies is in the oven, chocolate already cut in half, ready to be added.
Ten past five, At's bread is packed, my pizza is packed - with the rest in the fridge - refuse is in the boot, new bin liner fitted. Smoke-for-the-road is also ready ...
Six o'clock and all my mippies are home and stuffed full of yummies - only, I don't feel like eating after all that cooking and baking today. No problem, I've had some bread and cookies - I'm good.
