It's now almost four and this is the first breather I've had all day!
I've been trying to decide about grocery shopping - I need some items, which I can only get at the store ... but with shelves being empty when I do go? How best to go about it? I really should go tomorrow - before most people's payday. The next opening would be in 2 weeks ... but if I go, what time? It's not really ideal anymore, to go from work - first thing in the mornings is best. So, go before work? But I also need frozen vegetables, peas & broccoli ... will they keep? And then, if I do go shopping, how will I find enough time this weekend to process the shopping AND cigarettes? I also still need to make tubes and add filters to tubes, too.
I don't know whether to look forward to the weekend or dread it ... everything is so chaotic. So much to incorporate into some form of routine ... I don't enjoy this kind of challenge in my home. I like things to be familiar, and add new things at my leisure - not have them foisted on me!
So I will treat myself to a Sushi tomorrow! Just because!
Back at home, I find another wet spot in the passage - I think it's a protest against the closed door! Well, paper towels wipe it up ... not nicely, but good enough until I have time to wash the floors again. Sigh. Next I clean the boxes - lots of use in both! As always, with four cats indoors day and night ... then I wrote my shopping list. I was about to go sit by the door for a smoke, when mippies came strolling in! One after the other - I hardly even had to call! Seriously! Aren't they just the most considerate cats ever? And then they were as happy as could be with just 3 sachets! No whining or begging for more - just quietly happy!
Okay, so they did mip at the passage door, wanting to play in the lounge for a while - no problem! They played for a while, then came back to settle on the bed and I closed the door, so I won't have to look for missing mips in the lounge tomorrow morning!
I don't feel like frying my steak, nor do I feel like eating. I just want tomorrow to be over and have the weekend to look forward to.
