Many paws in full flush

What a night! I woke up around 1 and could not get back to sleep. Soaking wet, of course, then a few minutes later freezing cold. It's been disrupting my sleep for the past couple of weeks, so - clearly, what I've experienced in the past, was just leading up to the main event. Now my question is, of course: how long will this keep up?

It's not just at night, but throughout the day, of course. And, as you know, the many paws aspect is also in full swing - I now have four cats. On a positive note, I've had no monthly this month - but the cramping is starting. I mean cramps in my legs, in my feet and such. Fortunately, my tissue salts help. I just need to take them more regularly to prevent cramps.

Right, I've made the appointment for Tynx to get her stitches removed: Friday at four. I should be there earlier, which won't be a problem - depends on the traffic.

On my way home, I stopped and got a bottle of milk - gosh, I've missed my fresh milk this weekend! Sure, I had one bottle, but that was finished by Saturday, and Sunday I was so thirsty for milk, I finished two of my long-life cartons!

At home, I'm still keeping mini inside. Her stitches look picked at, but are still in place. I gave her half a sachet and then sat outside - ignoring her cries. I took a tour through my garden and picked a handful of tiny tomatoes - I think it's the cold that kept them from getting larger - and a single radish. I sat outside with Mewthos keeping watch until both ladies were ready to come home.

Come home, they did, but come inside? I had to pick them up one by one - first Janey stretched herself outside, when Mew & Ziva were inside. I went out to collect Janey and Ziva took that opportunity to dash out. So I went to collect Ziva and Mewthos dashed outside! Gosh, what's up? I shut Mewthos out, shut the ladies inside and then went to collect Mewthos. Gave them their treats and got busy in the kitchen.

And then ... as I was busy preparing a loaf of bread to bake tomorrow, three of my four mippies were playing under my feet ... I turned around to find ... a great big puddle on the kitchen floor! What the ....? I started to clean it up and followed it to it's source ... a spray on the wall under the window! Mewthos! Only, instead of just spraying a marker, he must have just let rip! Emptied his whole bladder up against the wall! Why would he do that? Just what is going on here?

Actually, I'm more concerned than angry - it is absolutely unlike him! And I had already cleaned both litter boxes. So ... do I need to worry?

I had meant to wash the dishes tonight, but with having to prepare a loaf of bread and then wash half the kitchen floor ... I ran out of time. I'm thinking I should work on getting to bed earlier than usual to compensate for the midnight wake-ups.

Right now, Mewthos and Tynx are curled up so close together, they're almost touching! Janey is in my armchair and Ziva on the kitchen chair. I've given each one a cuddle - oh, and I've dosed Ziva with another spot-on. She was not impressed!
