Aaand load shitting has escalated to Stage 4! From 09:00 today until 05:00 Friday, thereafter Stage 2, extended till Monday 05:00.
Okay, looks like the only effect on me is, that I'll have to use the phone audiobook tonight as well, as the power will go off 00:00 - 02:00 tomorrow morning. There will also be another outage from 08:00 - 10:30 tomorrow morning - while I'm at work. Higher Stages mean additional outages apply, so this is on top of tonight's & tomorrow night's 16:00 - 18:30 outages.
Good grief! Now there's a chance of escalation to Stage 6! NO! Just NO! Enough, already ...
Back at home, Janey is already hiding, poor girl! She's under my arm chair. But her pills are finished, no more medication! After my chores, I'm off to my tomato bed!
Making good progress. When the power comes on, I turn on the sprinkler. I'm watering the gooseberries as well as the bean bed - I want to work on clearing that area when I'm done with the tomato bed, so I'm giving it as much of a soak as I can.
Another frog hops through my tomato bed! This one is half the size of yesterday's visitor.
Back inside, treating mippies, shower, dinner ...
Seriously struggled to get online. Even my WhatsApp wouldn't go through. I tried trouble-shooting, got told I need to set up internet ... tried fiddling a bit ... half an hour later I'm online. But nothing's moving. Even this page took half an hour to load!
So, I'm giving up ... post is complete ... good night!
