It seems that my bladder has synchronised with my alarm. That's handy!
I snoozed for another ten minutes, though. Then got up, gave mippies their breakfast, and made myself coffee.
Off to work.
I had decided on a priority of tasks, and a showy one would be to have some kind of budget. Since I already have the income loading systematically, I decided to simply load the expenses manually - it'll be something to show.
Boss likes it. Very much!
On the way home, my radio decided to turn itself on - and I found out that load shedding is back! As of five this afternoon ... sigh ...
Back at home, Janey decided to play hide and seek. She hid in the wardrobe, behind the boxes of cat food I store there! I didn't see her the first time I checked the wardrobe - I only looked at the bottom shelf, where she also likes to hide. Then went to the bedroom, looked under the bed - which involves me having to lie flat on the floor ... and eventually found her!
Outside, I weeded the tomato bed. Since this is not the first time, it's going quite fast - even though it looks completely overgrown! I'm also picking out every last Nasturtium seed I can spot & tossing them all out back, in the Jacaranda section.
Back inside, I'd forgotten to turn the geyser on. Turned it on, gave it only half an hour, then showered. Next, I'm baking a loaf of bread - since the power will go off from 02:00 - 04:30, I have to bake it right away. It takes some 3 1/2 hours ... it'll be done around half eleven ... sigh ...
Now I'm about to share my dinner with mippies - I'm hoping I get enough food for myself, ha ha!
