Not too bad a night, but quite a late morning. Still plenty of pain, I'm afraid.
Look what popped up in my Facebook memories:
Four years ago, these little mips learned how to open drawers and use them to climb on top of counters!
Crafty little buggers, weren't they?
Well, I'm in more pain today. Simply, because I'm active. Movement activates the pain. No, I'm not taking pain killers all the time. That's no solution. The solution, I suppose, will be, when the nerve dies ... in the meantime, I try to avoid pain killers.
Funny thing: it's another perfect gardening day, yet ... I don't feel like gardening. Instead, I would really like the entire bathroom clean! As in: my definition of clean!
Well, half the bathroom is now sparkling! The bath was already clean, now I've steam cleaned the walls around the bath, as well as the basin. I'm happy with my progress! I didn't work very hard - courtesy of waves of toothache, as well as the permanent condition called 'I'm not a youngster anymore'! And I'm answering every call for cuddles, from my mippies!
I was somewhat stunned when Mewthos insisted on our usual 'outside quality time' this evening. I didn't realise they appreciate it as much as I do! I mean, I'm here all day, I'm cuddling anytime they want, making time for each mip, as they need it ... yet he led me to the front door, then settled on the veranda wall with all the ladies in tow! They all settled down and we just enjoy each others company!
When you give cats the freedom to grow - not just fit into bits of free space, but allow them outside the box, they can truly amaze you!
