Load shedding again! Again from three to five. Ah, well ... I woke around half five, so not too early this time. Got up after six, three mips sprawled on the bed, hoping to encourage me to open up for them! I gave them a treat, instead.
Oh, last night? Mini went and munched my thigh! Just opened wide and made as if to take a bite out of my leg! I don't know what her new game is - but I'm not very impressed. It's kind of ouch!
Well, first thing at work, I called the lawn mower. Asked that I call again, when I'm home. Here's to hoping my lawn FINALLY gets mowed today!
I also quickly went grocery shopping. They didn't have much in the way of produce, but they did have my fruit juice. That's pretty much all I bought ... oh, and I treated myself to a Sushi. Bit of a disappointment, it's a different guy making the Sushi. Not as nice as it used to be. Ah, well ... all good things come to an end, eh?
Phew! I'm exhausted! Yes, they finally mowed the lawn! Yay! It does look much, much better now! Only ... they mowed, but didn't clean. It took him about an hour and a half to mow everything ... then I started cleaning up. I don't have a rake, so, I had no choice but to pick it up by hand, into my bin, then toddle off to the compost heap. I worked almost two hours and I'm nowhere near done! I've cleared the main lawn (well, it was only the portion I hadn't cut yet), then started on the partition outside my bedroom. I only managed to clear the pavement, no more. I still have to clear the rest of that partition, then the one next to the gate and half the partition where the compost heap is.
That's tomorrow's problem ... Of course, it also means that my placing plants projects are being delayed ... also tomorrow's problem.
