Litter woes

And undisturbed night, how wonderful! The weather, however, is less wonderful – although, we are getting some much needed rain! Leisurely morning coffee. Mip Mips don’t need feeding. One of the twins was blissfully widdling outside the box, so I pick it up mid-stream and plonked it inside. Poor thing had no clue what that was about.

Didn’t get too wet doing the shopping and I got everything I need. I decided the weather calls for a nice hot broth tonight, so I got a few bits of lamb, Brussel sprouts, carrots and beans. Back home, I had a leisurely breakfast, then went to work.

After work, Rose came to visit the Mip Mips and told me about the lovely – albeit late – evening she had last night. My mouth was watering just listening to her describe the treats available on the buffet!

As we’re talking, we’re observing some litter trouble – Shadow using the small Mip Mip box … and although she sits inside, she drops half in and half out. Later one of the twins insists on using the outside – I twice picked it up and plonked it inside, but the poor thing just cried in desperation, so I let it relieve itself … cleaning up right afterwards. Later in the evening I watched Tiger Tim – whom I’m thinking of naming Meowthos – using the litter box like a pro. Followed later still by Ziva! It would seem they all prefer the fine sand to the gravel.

I cooked my vegetables with lamb, but there was no room for the planned rice; that will have to be added tomorrow night. Quite delicious, I must say!

And that’s my day.
