Early morning. Coffee. Mippie cuddles. Ziva likes to do her roly poly next to my arm chair and I must stretch to scratch whatever happens to be up! When I make my coffee, some always come running for their milk. Mini used to claw my leg - but she has learned that claws hurt, so now she paws.
Off to work. I called my landlord about the electricity meter - he needs to install a new one, and I'm finally down to the last few KW. They'll come early tomorrow morning - so I'll be coming in a bit late.
Back at home, Janey tries to hide from me. We have a ten minute game of catch before I can give her her meds! Outside, I pick tomatoes, a green pepper, then pamper my tomato plants again. I just moved on to the gooseberry bushes, when it started to drip, drip, drip ... like it's about to start raining. Just a tease, no rain.
Back inside, treat mippies, shower, and then I set the bread machine to have a loaf baked at five thirty tomorrow morning! There was something in the flour - it looked like spider webs? I checked the date - a month past it's best-before date. I guess that explains why the last loaf turned green four days after baking! Tossed the flour, opened a new bag and used that.
I see I have awesome internet connection! Pity it's late Monday night ... and I have no use for it ... going to eat my left-overs and watch an episode or two of Relic Hunter.
