Not the earliest of mornings, I only rolled out of bed by six. Mewthos was not pleased!
I enjoyed my coffee, cuddled mippies a bit, then off to work.
Major traffic! The robot at the cnr Doreen & R566. Traffic was queueing all the way to Klerksoord! I can only imagine how far back it was queued on the Highway!
Well, I'm at work ...
At nine, I quickly went to get groceries. I've been contemplating going to Ninapark Spar on Friday, after work ... but I really need to mow this Friday. It's now three weeks growth!
I've been struggling with hot flashes again these past couple of weeks. Bad! One minute I'm fine, next minute I'm Aqua-woman. Hands, fingers ... everywhere. I've been using my wipes ... which help.
Gosh, lights just dipped here at work! There's a thunderstorm and it is pouring outside ... the store is so dark, I've had to look for stock with my phone's torch!
Back at home ... power is off! Well, it's raining, so I expected it. At least I could get inside!
First, a spirited game of catch with Janey! Followed by another game of push the pill through clenched jaws! Haha!!
Then I try to report the outage, struggling to get a signal. Eventually I get through. All the while Mewthos is complaining nonstop about the rain! He wants his outside play, but outside is wet.
I bring them in early, treat them, then have a wash over the basin. Fun!
At least internet seems to work. For now. Well, I don't feel like cooking, so ... good night.
