Okay, some head scratching later and I managed to add a shortcut on the phone. Oh, and today the phone recognized my features as a face! We're making progress! Slow but steady ...

Okay, I took a selfie! Ha Ha Ha! That's me at my desk in the store. The windows were welded shut for security reasons. And the purple cloth around my neck - the latest fashion in the early 80s Germany! It's what I use as a face mask. My hair is tied in a plait, I'm growing it long enough to donate. Then I'll go back to my normal shoulder length.
Just had my first conversation on WhatsApp! With Rose! Lovely to hear from her again!
Next, I'll load contacts ... and then the phone can stay at home, where it belongs! Yeah, I don't want it at work all day ...
AND I had my first encounter with auto correct! I typed 'Mippies' it corrected to 'Hippies'! I think that 'feature' is going to be a problem!
LOL Message another friend and get told she got whiplash from the double-take she just made!
Not sure how many hours later it is now ... been chatting to just about everyone! And now I can't wait to get home and take some nice photos to upload here!
I was able to activate the fingerprint recognition, though! That's a time-saver! Just need to touch the scanner and I can carry on where I left off! No '2-sec-power, then swipe, then PIN' anymore!
When I got home I found the entire field behind my house had been uprooted. Outside my garden, that is. Sadly that's all the weaver bird nests... gone. But on the positive side, I can now see all the way to the river! I'm no longer facing a wall of green = weeds. And my lounge is a lot brighter, as a result. I may even be able to see the sunset!

Yeah, I know, in these photo's my lawn looks a luscious green! Firstly, that's because it needs to be mowed ... again! Sigh! And secondly, not all the green is grass. It's about 50/50 between grass and weeds.
Unfortunately, the photo-loading isn't working as expected. Some of the photos I took tonight aren't showing in the list to upload ... and the photos are even larger than from my camera! In data size, I mean!
Anyway, mippies are getting restless- I shouldn't play with gadgets but with them. NOW! Ha ha ha!
Better give them my attention...
