Just saw a mail from one of my game friends. She 'spruced up' a photo I had published here months ago - of the Tulips! She turned a simple photo into an absolutely stunning artwork! I'd love to share that here - I asked her permission, and if yes, how she would like to be credited!
Permission received - and she doesn't want credit. She's an absolute Angel!
Isn't that just absolutely stunning? It's one of those artworks you can sit and gaze at for hours ... just loose yourself in the absolute beauty ...
Back at home ... you know what? I'm now seeing this image on a good monitor and it's even more fascinating! It's truly a piece of art! Art is meant to evoke emotion. I don't think this would come out nearly as awesome, if I printed it. It'd be a bit like a photo of a Picasso paining - the photo does not evoke the emotions that the real painting does.
Yeah, I know, I'm raving on and on ... but this is actually the first time anyone's ever created a piece of art for me!
Okay, okay. Back to mippies! Mewthos seems his normal self again. Cleaning out his bowl, hiding in a box to get my attention - he looks absolutely adorable in a box! That white face with the pink nose, peeking out as if to say 'come find me!'
Oh, and I suspect that Mini drained my phone's battery yesterday. I forgot the phone at home, and when I took it to work today, I found the battery almost empty! I charged it this weekend, and it normally lasts a week ...
I just called 'cuddle cave' and Ziva came running ... better keep my promise, now :)
