I woke up feeling absolutely awful. I had taken my full migraine cocktail last night - and still the headache persists. On top of that, I felt fuzzy - all over. Like I hadn't slept at all ... or something. And just to make my morning even better, some mip had been sick ... and I put my hand in it, when I turned over. Yuk!
Very bad start to the day. I seriously considered going back to bed and skipping today ... I decided to wait and see how I'd feel after a cup of coffee.
Much better, so I went to work.
At work, one thing after another ... but then, a nice thing: my deliveries have arrived! Fun! I can put up the second hose pipe at the back, now. And I have a lot of 'toys' to play with tonight!
Right. Back at home! Ha Ha! I started with my new salt lamp! That's up in the bedroom - works off a USB port, not a plug, but hey, that's the new world. Looks cool! Mini's already investigated thoroughly - given it a lick, too!
Then I put the toilet night light into action ... Mini pawed at that for quite a bit! Ha Ha! It's really fun! I put the rug just in front of the bed, for now ... looks good!
Then I made my dinner - which only Ziva wanted to share. One piece, only! Well, good for me ...
Janey wanted to be cuddled, walking over and over me ... she just couldn't get enough! I eventually had to put her down, or she'd still be walking on my shoulders, cuddling!
Now Ziva wants attention ... I'm watching one of my new DVDs: Prime Suspect. Yeah, I got a thing for British shows ... still need to lock the front door, but three mips were sitting there, watching their TV! Smeagol was around ... they like to keep close tabs on him, when he's around.
Janey's wounds don't look good - but the lump is smaller and they do seem to be healing. They're not painful, when I touch them ... so ... I'm hoping she'll be fine soon! It really looks bad, with two holes in her side!
The headache hasn't left. It's been with me all day today ... mild, bearable, but unpleasant. Hopefully it'll take a hike tomorrow ...
