LS Tuesday turning dark

That toe really pumped up the pain when I went to bed. It got so bad, even the air movement hurt! Eventually I hobbled out and took an Ibuprofen! That seemed to help. An hour later, I was able to turn on my side - and put my foot down!

I was beginning to wonder whether it may be gout? The whole foot seemed to be warm!

On a positive note, though, my burnt back is no longer too sore to lie on!

Anyway, slept relatively well, got up relatively early. Not much traffic, this morning.

Load shedding tonight from eight to ten. Bleh ...

Weird incident with At: comes in, asks for a 4 Flute Endmill, when I ask him what size he goes off at me, shouting 'I told you, 4mm', when I calmly respond 'no, you didn't' shouts some more and stomps off! Then sends one of the workers to come and fetch the tool bit. WTF?

Well, quarter to five, I'm done for the day. Tuning out work, tuning in home. Mippies! Happiness!

Back at home, I feed Smeagol - he is spending a lot of time in my garden, again. Do my chores, then sit down on the veranda ... power off! It's not even seven ... so, it's not load shedding!

Turns out, they watered a cable this morning, in Pretoria North. Now they're trying to switch back on ... and find more problems.

I've uploaded the video of what happened this morning - I hope it works & the video can play.

Power came back around nine - which was funny, because we were supposed to have load shedding until ten. I guess they figured we'd had our two hours.

By that time, of course, I was already in bed ...
