Lock-down Day 550

I really didn't wish to go to work today ... but, well, I gotta ...

My delivery arrived today and I'm seriously miffed! On the Takealot site, their product details are seriously cryptic ... buying Whiskas is always a mission in higher maths. Trying to figure out what quantity is covered in the price is really, really tricky! Now, it turns out, that 8x Multi-pack was NOT what they delivered! They delivered 1x Multi-pack (i.e. 12 x 85gram pouches) and charged what 5 boxes (aka multi-packs) would cost!

When I checked that same item on their website today, the price had gone down to 1/3rd! I've sent a ticket ... but knowing how they operate ... well, let's just wait and see.

So, now I sit with one single box instead of the 8 I ordered! I better order more - but from a more transparent source!

Anyway, work is ... busy, busy, busy ... 

Back at home, Smeagol attacked mippies! I came running outside having to separate him from Mewthos! Janey, Mini and Ziva had dashed inside at top speed ... I think Smeagol came off second best, this time. Mewthos has a scrape on the side of his eye - I've cleaned and put ointment on it. He was feeling 'hero of the day' all evening! Extreme cuddle attacks accompanied by voiced purrs! I also picked quite a bit of Smeagol's fur out of Mewthos' claws!

They're all fine, though. Wanting lots of lovies, yes ... 

Oh, and I got a reply from Takealot, to return the item ... I'll deal with that tomorrow ...
