Not a day goes by, that I don't see that number in the heading and shake my head in disbelief. STILL in Lock-down! FOUR MONTHS and there is not even a hint of Level 2, let alone and end!
Moving on ... lazy morning, meaning that I got out of bed a bit on the late side. Coffee, mippie bribe, off to work.
Work ... hectic. On a positive note, my salami rolls are delicious! Making flat patties was a great idea! I'll do that again :)
Well, it's been a busy day at work, and I'm glad it's finally almost five ... looking forward to coming home to my mippies!
Aaaand, once again, I forgot my jacket at work. Not a big problem - but it's still cold in the mornings, and I pack my lunch bag into my jacket pocket, so I don't forget it at work. Which is the biggest problem - still, not a big one.
On the way home, I got stuck in a queue at the toll gate - for some reason it just wasn't moving for a full five minute. I used that time to come up with a new bread idea: I'm going to put the dough into a bread baking tin - standard rectangular type - slice open the center and stuff cold meats and cheese into the center. That should come out with bread around a center filling.
So, at home, I put all the ingredients together so that the machine can make the dough tomorrow, and took what I want to use for filling out of the freezer. Should be fun!
Again, I was about to have a smoke while I call my mippies ... when mippies arrived one by one! I had to call Ziva, but didn't have to wait for her! Awesome!
They were disappointed that I wasn't having meat for dinner, and Mewthos went a bit ... well, mewly, as only Mewthos can! Ziva is under the duvet, getting her ears scratched, Mini and Janey came to investigate, but didn't stay. And Mewthos finally settled down on the duvet - I brushed him for a while, he's quiet now!
